Joshua is an estate planning, trusts and probate solicitor and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

His practice area includes Will drafting, estate planning, probate (UK and international), trusts (including trusts of land), and matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney. He has also acted in relation to inheritance and trust-related disputes.

Based in Bath, Bristol and Wells, he regularly travels to clients and across Somerset, Wiltshire and London. 

In addition to working for clients directly, he also undertakes professional trustee and executor roles.
